Natural Cranberry Juice (That Actually Tastes Good)
A couple weeks ago, I found myself in a bit of a quandary: I love cranberry juice, but I hate the fact that most cranberry juices have some type of corn syrup in them. However, natural cranberry juice tastes like someone spilled lemon juice on a tart.
However, if you notice, most cranberry juices that have corn syrup also have one other ingredient: grape juice.
So, in a pitcher, combine one part natural grape juice to every two parts natural cranberry juice. Add sugar (refined, cane, fake -- whatever floats your boat) in 1/4-cup installments until the taste is sweet enough for you.
Tada -- cranberry juice that won't increase your chances of obesity, but actually tastes good!
However, if you notice, most cranberry juices that have corn syrup also have one other ingredient: grape juice.
